Why can artifacts occur on GPU 1050 ti 4gb at temperatures below 60c?

Good afternoon,
The whole strangeness for me is that the stress tests of the gpu 1050 ti 4gb are fine, BUT there is a problem in drawing thin lines at a gpu temperature less than 60 in the documents (I agree that it sounds at least strange). For example, I receive a letter on soap in which there are a bunch of tables with thin frames, cells that are closer to the center of the screen (exactly to the center of the screen!) Flicker as if my refresh rate is not 60ghz but 1ghz .. BUT if after that I run a stress test at which the gpu temperature rises to 70 and after I close this test, but I see that the temperature is even higher than 60 degrees, I quickly open letters that contain html tablets, etc. with thin lines, then all lines and all cells are drawn CLEARLY, BUT as soon as the gpu cools down below 60, then again thin lines in the center of the screen start to flicker, tested on win and linux, driver problem, incorrect settings in the OS itself, etc., disappear immediately, this is a laptop and quite expensive, so I'm wondering if this can be counted as a warranty case? Since in games when the temperature rises there are no problems (I didn’t test for longer than 20 minutes, because I’m not a gamer).
ps: I even tested it, stupidly took a document that is not displayed correctly for me and opened it on two other laptops with the same resolution and screen size, everything is displayed clearly. I’m afraid that it doesn’t turn out that the gpu has begun to move away and it will need to be warmed up, and the strangest thing is that the laptop is new (1 month) I haven’t played on this laptop for more than 20 minutes (didn’t mine, brute, and didn’t drop it)
