Is the site / site owner required to keep correspondence and user activity logs in accordance with the new laws?

Good afternoon!
New laws for a person far from legal education seem complicated. So I ask you to help me in this matter.
There is a website (online diaries + there is a system of personal messages). Is the owner of the site now obliged to store correspondence (PM), deleted posts and comments for six months?
