You can snatch out "complicity in the dissemination of extremist materials" of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 33 part 5 , the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation Art. 282 h. 1
By means of VPN you remove obstacles to access to an extremist resource - that means an accomplice.
UPD: Here is a little clarification. Facebook, by the way, came under exactly the same restrictions, be vigilant!
