What to use to store L2TP/IPSec users in PostgreSQL?
Ubuntu 14.04 system. openswan+xl2tpd is used as VPN server. I want to transfer the list of users from /etc/ppp/chap-secrets to PostgreSQL.
What is better to use for this task? Stumbled upon FreeRADIUS, is this the only solution? As far as I understand, he still keeps statistics and you can do billing, but this is all superfluous and I don’t need it. I understand that all this can be turned off, but maybe there is a better solution for this task than I could google?

The radius for this task is a standard solution, although you can make your own crutch for postgres with uploading data to a file when it changes, but why? Than the radius does not suit - a very flexible solution.
