User agreement and privacy policy?

Hello.

I am designing an authorization page for a site, and the following question arose:
should the login page contain links to the user agreement and privacy policy?

The situation is this: all other pages of the site already have this information in the footer. However, the login page has a slightly different design, which, according to the layout, did not provide for this data.

I glanced at the login pages for other sites and came up with the following picture:

  • Yandex - in the footer there is only "Help and Support"
  • Sber - nothing in the footer
  • State Services - nothing in the footer
  • Ramber mail - next to the login button there are links to the user agreement and privacy policy

Note: This login form can also be used by foreign users (for example, citizens of EU countries).

@AgentSmith

The main thing is to be sure that the user has read the ToS - press the button, check the box... And this must be done before the end of registration.
This is no longer necessary for authorization, because. the agreement was signed at the stage of registration

@firedragon

You don't need to login, but you do need to register.
