How to pay money to a mobile phone for a promotion?

We are launching an LLC campaign, the essence of which is depositing money on a client’s mobile phone for certain actions.
The problem is that it is not clear where and how to replenish the client's account from the point of view of the law and technical issues.
It is clear that you can just throw in from the "left" number, but then what about the identification of the company? There must be a signature in the SMS or information that a payment has been received for the promotion, because the client does not understand where the payment came from and for what.
Already broke his head.
If you have experience in this area, please tell me how did you implement the payment to the client by phone?
Organizational and legal form "LLC"

I vaguely guess that in this case you need an appropriate agreement with opposers (all at once or something) or better with a payment gateway / bank through which you will replenish (i.e. your LLC agreement with this payment gateway), what it will be - is to ask them.
In this case, this gateway will take care of all organizational problems and consequences, and you will have a contract in your hands and no problems.

It seems to me that these costs should be described as marketing costs.
To do this, they need to spend on marketing. You need to pour this money either into the payment gateway, or withdraw it to the account of one of the employees and throw money simply from the card in a convenient way.
The main problem is for the recipient to sign some kind of piece of paper that he received money for participating in the action. A piece of paper is needed to prove that you are not laundering money with payments of 200 rubles.
Opsos are not needed in this question.
