User base: where to apply?

Hello colleagues.

Immediately in essence: there is a large and high-quality base of business users, bit by bit collected by me over several years. In addition to email addresses, the database contains names, surnames, a user's business interests section, and a number of other, quite useful information.

The question is: how to get the maximum dividends from this base, given the fact that I am leaving active work in the IT field? I will say right away that I do not intend to sell the base.
The most tempting option for me seems to be helping a good startup to attract the initial user mass (with my interest, of course). I don't know of any such startups.

Colleagues, I'm waiting for advice and, perhaps, suggestions.
