Leaflet plugin using Google's geocoder - is it commercially viable?
The situation is the following. The IS uses OSM maps, recently it was necessary to fasten direct geocoding in order to quickly find houses and other objects. The Google geocoder seemed to be of better quality and less capricious than the existing analogues, found a plugin for Leaflet that can connect to the Google geocoder and pull data from there - https://github.com/smeijer/L.GeoSearch.
The following is not clear: what it will cost, because we are going to use the Google Maps API in a closed commercial system. For an hour I read the license, but did not understand anything. On the one hand, it smells like a premium plan(the most expensive option), since the system "tracks the location of people and objects", on the other hand, we do not use the Google Maps API directly for this, but use only the geocoder from all the possibilities, which does not even require an API Key. Explain, pzhlst, what's what.
