Is the HP Color LaserJet Pro M479fdw printer worth buying?

Hello.
There is a small office where two managers work and they don't print much! (Requires color printing).
Before that, there was a Canon Pixma G2400 printer (The print head broke.) The repair costs more than the printer itself!
At the moment I decided to buy a good laser printer and connect it to the office network.
In terms of features and price, I liked the HP Color LaserJet Pro M479fdw printer.
I have never owned a laser printer! Everything would be fine, but I saw that a new cartridge costs about 7000t.r.
I decided to look for another model with approximately the same characteristics and other printers also have very expensive cartridges.
Who understands this? Can HP Color LaserJet Pro M479fdw printer cartridges be refilled? Are there chips for cartridges of this model?
There is simply no desire to buy a new printer in half a year due to the fact that the repair of the printer will be equal to the new printer.
