How to fix persistent glitches with WiFi reconnecting to networks in HP laptops with Intel WiFi card (windows)?

I suffered for a very long time with a problem on HP 2570p laptops, however, I heard from colleagues that this problem is observed in almost all Intel-HP bundles.
I recently found a configuration solution that works, I hasten to share it so that the seeker can find it :-)
In the WiFi network -> Properties -> Advanced tab, set:

• AD Hoc QOS Mode: WMM enabled
  
• Roaming aggressiveness: Lowest
  
• Mixed Mode protection: CTS-to-self enabled
  

In the Power Management tab:
ATTENTION: It helped me without turning off this setting, but I googled the solution for the driver 17.0.1, and I have 15.2.0.19). I'll just leave it here just in case :-)
Remove “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save Power”
