Server does not see Intel x520da?

Good afternoon, there is a 10g Intel x520da network switch, the normal working one
is now working on the hp 160 g7 platform, everything is ok,
for the sake of experiment I wanted to rearrange it to another server, to hp 350 g5, it doesn’t see it there, more precisely, it sees it but doesn’t want to run it, writes an error 10
I tried to reinstall the system, it didn’t help, I installed server 2012r2, I also installed firewood from the Intel site, and nothing.
Damn what could be the problem?

I'm guessing a resource conflict. Try disabling the built-in network in the BIOS. Good luck.
