Application blocked access to graphics hardware, AMD radeon graphics card. Windows 10 (32bit), nothing helps what to do?

Notebook HP ProBook 4540s graphics card AMD radeon. The game Warface from Mail.Ru is that on the previous Windows 10 64bit it worked without jambs except for braking, lags ate as it pulled, it was clear that there was not enough power. It was possible to play with the brakes like that and there were no problems with the launch. And now it costs the same current for 32bit. I was advised that cities work better on 32bit, and so it is, the game starts one game, no matter how long it lasts about 10-15 minutes, it works fine, but every time it stops, it slows down with the message "application blocked access to graphics hardware." I reinstalled the drivers and updated Windows through the update center. I suspect that the jambs are only in the drivers, or maybe not, but I think it's the software part. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, I've tried all the methods on the Internet. I hope only for experienced guys, what can and how to get around or solve. I would be very grateful.
