Need a part for hp pavilion dv7 6b04er laptop

Good afternoon.
The laptop broke down, a part is required - the ITE IT8518E CXA multicontroller.
I live in Taganrog, there is no such detail.
The specialist in the service center said that he could not find this part.
Please help me find this multicontroller. Maybe someone has it on hand, I'll be happy to buy it.
