Is it possible to connect a Bluetooth mouse with a USB module through the monitor's USB hub?

I'm interested in one model of a wireless mouse, but for it to work, you need to insert a USB module into your computer.

Sometimes this mouse may be needed for a MacBook that does not have USB ports...

The monitor is connected to the laptop via Type-C (it is infected via this cable and you can connect a wired keyboard/mouse).

But can I plug this module into the monitor's USB hub and thus connect a Bluetooth mouse to a MacBook?

You can.
But most likely your mouse is not Bluetooth. Many people confuse Bluetooth devices and wireless devices with a radio transmitter and USB dongle included.
There are indeed Bluetooth mice and keyboards, and if the laptop has built-in Bluetooth, then such devices can be paired without a USB dongle. However, if the dongle is included, then most likely there is no Bluetooth.

If the mouse is sold with a dongle in the kit, then it is most likely not a bluetooth one, but just a radio.
Most likely, you can stick it into the monitor, but it will not work on a macbook without a dongle.
