Is it possible to put a processor with a high TDP in a laptop?

Is it possible to put a processor with a higher TDP?
Laptop: Emachines e732g
processor removable: i3 380m (35w TDP)
I want to install i7 840qm (45w TDP)
if my laptop already heats up to 80 degrees in Minecraft.
I have not yet tried to clean the cooling system, and change the thermal paste.
I think if I do this, the temperature will drop by 5-15 degrees.
So does it make sense to change the percent? If I want to play Cs go. (There is a video card in the laptop)
And how warm will the new percentage be?
Will these 10W critically affect the operation of the laptop? Or is it worth taking an i7 with the same TDP as in my processor? For example: i7 640m.
Between i7 640m and i7 840qm Big difference in performance?

I would not shove a hotter percentage into a laptop. It's better to shove the ssd disk to the maximum.
100 degrees is already critical for the processor, according to the manufacturer (and there is no reason not to believe him)
. The power system may not pull this processor.
Ps. Calculate how much this whole operation can cost you. It may happen that buying a processor + work will simply not be profitable.

A laptop is a collection of compromises, made not out of a whim, but out of sheer technical necessity. By setting a faster percentage, you may get a performance boost, but at the same time you will get problems with battery life (and battery life is the main mode for a laptop, it was created for this mode), as well as with heat removal.
My value judgment - these problems will significantly block the expected profit from the increase in speed. If this were not so, then the designers of the laptop would immediately do so. And they didn't.
In general, try, and you will gradually reach what is possible and what is not.
