Is the android app stable?
I want to start mobile development... I don't know any languages (java, swift, objictive-c, etc.) I know html/css/javascript/php/mysql and I was advised by corodova/ionic and I want to know if it's worth developing under of these technologies or it will be a waste of time ... if yes, the application will work stably ...

It depends on the application, for some such frameworks are suitable, for others they are not.
Stability has nothing to do with it, it's just that not everything is possible and it makes sense to write on these frameworks.
And it depends on the plans for the future, if you create those applications for which Cordova and Ionic are suitable, then this will not be a waste of time.
