Is it worth going to work as a layout designer if I want to be a Front-ender, but they don't take it yet?
I study in Js courses, I also practice myself, but I have no experience, and knowledge is not enough.

Every job is an experience. experience in the case (if this case is related to what you like, then bingo in general) and experience in communicating with people/bosses. You won't learn this in any course.

well, no one forbids you to learn / develop at work and / or after it, grow and jump further.
