How is the loss of motivation in IT overcome?
At some point, there is a loss of motivation in work, in learning something new and in deepening what has already been studied. I wanted to know who has what methods in overcoming this state and the state of "burnout", when you already want to send everything "to hell".
Thanks in advance!

In order to leave comments, you need to log in
- Get married
- Get a mortgage
- Give birth to a couple of children
(not necessarily in this order :))
After all this, the motivation will be - through the roof! :)
Recreation, sports, communication. In general, everything is standard - switch to other activities that bring positive emotions. Over time, the burnout disappears and again I want to go deeper somewhere :-)
I'm just an adult, so I do what needs to be done, whether I feel like it or not.
Everything is solved simply: you need to leave IT. Maybe it's just not your area. Perhaps you would have achieved better results in other activities, you would have been more satisfied and more productive. Many people get into IT by accident, and then they kick themselves at work, believing that there is no other way. In fact, the range of professions is not limited to IT alone. There are personal examples of people who worked in IT for 10 years, spat, at some point they abandoned everything and swore to return here. And now they are working in other areas, happy, doing what they really like, even if with a lower salary. Therefore, think about whether you really need this IT industry. Rate your feelings. You can kick yourself to death, force yourself, but in the end you will not live your life.
when you want to send everyone to hell, we take a vacation, jump on a plane and see the next sights. Or we warm our bones in the sun. whoever likes it.
change of scenery + change of activity
