What resources are available for finding people to share experiences?
I want to understand how to solve my problem faster. The problem of finding a person who has the skills and abilities that I need and who is willing to transfer them to me in exchange for my skills.
For example, now I want to learn web programming. Write simple websites, i.e. html, css, javascript. Yes, you can, of course, start reading books and getting bumps, but this is the time! It is possible in another way: to take courses, but this is money. I want to get it for free, quickly, but in return I am ready to transfer my skills: C ++, Assembler, Python, Reverse Engineering, testing, etc.
Maybe someone knows the resources where one could look for people to search for an exchange of skills?
UPD :
Do not offer a job in any studio! There is already a workplace that suits.
UPD2:
>>Barter is a stone age, literally. And civilization uses money.
Some people don't understand the basics. I will act as captain of the obvious: Money is a universal commodity of exchange! The key is the word exchange . You exchange one commodity "your skills" for another money . Sincerely yours, K.O.
UPD3 :
Gentlemen "wise men" either you have something to say in essence and you are talking, or you stupidly follow by and show your "cleverness" elsewhere. OK?
PS: If not, then who is willing to invest their time, soul and skills to create it? If there are such, I am ready to receive a letter to my mail (see profile).

You offer an unequal exchange and take offense.
Nobody needs your C++, assembler and reverse engineering - these student and school toys.
More precisely, this is a very narrow area that few people need, the one who really needs it - picks it up himself.
In return, you want to get a well-demanded referral.
Think - and who, successfully working in this direction, needs your reverse engineering, except for some separate hobby project that no one has time for.
For example, now I want to learn web programming.
> you can of course start reading books and stuffing bumps, but this is the time!
well, how would you like it? Do you think it can be skipped? A very big misconception. Look for people to share experiences when you have specific questions/problems with web development.
