Where to look for Russian-speaking IT communities in Sweden (and other European countries)?

We are looking for a fintech startup (not a blockchain) for the European market - a purely technological B2B project. You need to test on real bank accounts, for this you need to find people in different countries of Europe, whom you can test with your data. Finland was easily covered, incl. most of the team is here. Now the question is primarily about Sweden (some of the banks have already been tested through personal acquaintances, but it was not possible to cover everything).

In terms of security, everything is fine with us: the necessary license has been obtained, there is appropriate insurance, an ISO 27001 security certificate + we do not store any data and do not even have the opportunity to view it.

But we understand that the topic is quite sensitive, so we need people who understand the topic and are interesting to some extent. The Russian-speaking IT community is ideal in this regard (I know from my own experience in Finland that people are very open and ready to help each other with pleasure).

Where to look for such communities in European countries (FB somehow didn’t help much)? On Habré, for sure, many people live in Europe - write in the answers - maybe with your help we can find like-minded people. Thank you all!

Um, do you want to be given real bank account data just like that, for testing? Just an acquaintance, because people are open? May this never happen. Such data revolves in closed circuits, where not even all employees have access.

in sawing a project for a socio-cultural space unfamiliar to you. Wasted time and effort.
the fact that people have more money there does not mean that they will pay for a project written by an unknown person from an unknown post-Soviet space.
Roll back the project at home, even if there is no money there, but then you can enter the foreign market with a finished project and not a knee-length craft
