Maybe. And quite justified.
It will live long enough, so you don’t need to take care of the resource.

More information is needed to advise more specifically -

  • How many bases?
  • What is the average and maximum size of one base?
  • What for bases - a configuration?
  • The total volume of all bases?
  • How many users on average work in one database at the same time?
  • Work goes in the terminal or on a network?
  • What are the bases and the system on at the moment, and how satisfied are the current performance.

It is possible, but not very reliable, it will die in one day, it will last with a recording intensity of 1s for about half a year, with the use of special software a little longer. Then decide for yourself.
