Can you help me choose an SSD drive?

There is a question of choosing an SSD drive, I look at the SSD from Samsung.
It is planned to be installed in a laptop, instead of a hard drive.
The laptop immediately had an HDD in SATA and a 24Gb SSD in the mSATA connector.
Actually, the question is - to choose msata or sata? What are the pros and cons of both?
PS According to information from Google, the bandwidth of msata in a laptop is about 200-250 Mbps.

2.5 is convenient because you can put it on almost any device, if you don’t go for it or take a larger
mSata, it’s convenient when you need a small SSD for the system, and in 2.5 leave the HDD for movies, music

They differ in form factor, or if simpler in size and shape.
What size is a plus for you, and what a minus is unknown.
According to information from Google, the bandwidth of msata in a laptop is about 200-250 Mbps.
Not true, size can't have bandwidth.
mSata does not miss anything, this standard describes the form factor - size, number of pins, width between pins, etc.

Well, logically yes. Leave mSATA and normal for file cleaning (if necessary).
According to the disk company - I have been using Kingston for more than one year. Everything is good, everyone likes it.
