How fast will installing an ssd speed up your computer?
Good afternoon. There is a 1C server, the server has 2 hard drives.
On ssd there is a base 1C.
On a regular HDD - Windows 7
The speed of work is acceptable, only 1C is launched on the computer.
How much will the speed of 1C increase if you transfer the operating system to ssd?

It is unlikely to increase significantly. The download will speed up and if there is enough RAM, then the work of 1C should remain at about the same speed. File server or real?
In general, SSD + Windows = death. Windows does not spare tinkers. A bunch of services produce temporary files. Lots of rewriting cycles. Accordingly, the tin is killed very quickly.
I'll answer my own question. After the server was loaded with users, the server began to slow down. Although the 1C base was on ssd, the operating system was on hdd.
I looked at the load on the disks, the hdd had an average write queue of 6. After installing ssd, the queue fell to 0.5 on average. The responsiveness of the system has increased. And 1C began to work faster.
How long will the ssd last - we'll see :)
