Advise building a computer for the office based on a good SSD-disk?

Mainly web development + Photoshop and Illustrator (for small tasks). The budget is desirable, the smaller the better, but within reasonable limits. Thank you!

It is somehow strange to assemble a computer based on hard ...
i5 + 8 RAM + Crucial SSD M4 (good model - tested in 3 computers)

Mac Pro. Or at least an iMac. And there already to look what modelka to take. And yes, Photoshop on Mac OS X is more convenient.

The computer is not assembled on the basis of ssd. To assemble the computer itself , go here forum.ixbt.com/topic.cgi?id=4:115069-19

Do you need a video card or a built-in one that will handle simple Photoshop operations?

Photoshop seems to know how to work with the GPU: kb2.adobe.com/cps/404/kb404898.html , so maybe a video won't hurt a good one.
Or if you don't bother, then a mother under i3-i5, 8 gigs of memory, the rest does not matter.
SSD, indeed, will be the most expensive of these, probably.

The main thing is not to save on PSU. In no case do not take the PSU that comes with the cases.
Recently, Chieftec has proven itself very well, FSP is also not far behind (only, God forbid, not the PNR series).
I have had an APS-500S for about a year - I'm happy as an elephant.
