Why does an SSD sort of cache data?

Recently, my SSD, which is already 4 years old, began to cache data. I create a folder on the desktop, but it does not appear, I press F5 and I see this folder with name editing enabled, after entering the name it does not appear and I have to press F5 again. Same thing with files.
This was not the case before. Windows 10. What could be?

Check the paging file in the system properties, in the advanced tab.
