What disks and how to combine under the terminal + 1C 7.7?

Hello.
not the best solution, but nevertheless I ask for informational help.
Input: I want to rent a physical server, but there are restrictions on the disk system - only 8 units (below is a screenshot with options), 2 of which are already occupied by "configuration" disks.

At the moment, the main MSSQL database is used with 1C 7.7 (60 users), as well as a bunch (10 pieces) of file 1C 8.3 (each with 1-5 users).
Basis - I tend to shove 1.92TB into RAID1 under the system and user data (logically divided) such as mail, desktop files, etc.
Option 1 - Fill the remaining slots with 960GB NVMe and RAID10. Logically split at the discretion of administration convenience.
Option 2 - Fill in the remaining NVMe slots, assemble them into three RAID1 - under the 7.7 base, under the MSSQL logs of this base, under the remaining 8.3 bases.
Option 3 - The brain does not soar, because for such a number of users and such a speed of disks I will not notice much difference and choose the option that will be easier to administer.
Thanks to all.

If the terminal and a bunch of users - there memory is important.
If the money is better, of course, user profiles, throw the paging file on the fastest disk, although it is expensive.
In terms of speed, 3Dxpoint is certainly out of competition, the rest were not even close.
The main load will be on the system disk.
The SQL database is not critical to the disk system, file systems with so many users too.
