How to install ubuntu 16.04 on RAID?

Wanted to install Ubuntu on a RAID. I created a raid in the standard program from intel, installed ubuntu on it, but as soon as I reboot the server, I don’t see any screws or raid in the BIOS.
But at the same time, when I run livecd ubuntu there, I see that Linux is already installed on the raid.
Please tell me in which direction to dig?

It looks like your case is fakeraid. A real ride controller does not show rims to the top level unless it is configured to do so. If the assumption about fakeraid is correct, then the output is the creation of a software ride (mdadm).
