There was a sticker with the disk, which, after installation, was stuck on the case and it is still there.
Recently bought another computer without any OS.
The question is: is it possible to legally transfer this OS to a new computer by removing it from the old one?

There is no boxed OEM.
There is either BOX or OEM. or corporate.
BOX can be moved.
OEM is pre-installed with the hardware and is not portable. Moreover, the OEM may begin to swear, even if a certain number of components have been replaced.
On the other hand, cunning sellers could "cheapen" Windows by selling the OEM version along with some component.
