Is it possible to roll back a save in a file?

Accidentally saved the data to another psd.
Is it possible to somehow restore the data that was before overwriting the save to psd?

If the file was stored simply on the hard drive and was overwritten over another, then recovery will not work.
But if the file were stored in the cloud, then there should be a history of changes with the possibility of recovery.
