Is it possible to install Expression Blend + VS2010 in Win XP?

Is it possible to install Expression Blend under XP? I downloaded Expression Studio 3, and when I tried to install it, I swore at the lack of Silverlight 3.5 with SP1. Delivered the required, now the ES3 installation starts for 2 seconds (which is visible only in the list of processes) and that's it. No errors, the installer crashes silently. If you install Blend, Web, Design, etc. separately, they seem to be installed, they are in the Start menu, but they don’t start, again everything appears in the processes for a couple of seconds.

Stop doing necrophilia, put yourself at least Win7. Do not touch the corpse =)
You would also ask VS2013 to run on Win2k)
