How to fix interruptions in sound and music playback when the computer is running for a long time?

For 2.5 years of Windows 7 x64, no problems were observed with it. But when the computer was running for a long time, the music being played and the sound began to be interrupted.

This became especially noticeable when you launch a browser (absolutely any: chrome, firefox, opera, of course the latest versions) and until all the tabs are updated, the melody wheezes and breaks; also when you open a new site or run a large software like photoshop'a, quarkxpress'a; and regardless of where to listen to music (from the hard drive or in the browser from sites). When communicating on Skype and at the same time running the game, the voice of the interlocutor is also interrupted or disappears for a few seconds, as if the computer is reloading it. And at the same time, the processor load jumps on all 4 cores by 100%, the RAM fluctuates by 4.3Gb on average.
The problem is guaranteed to appear after games, for example: in WoT or diablo 3, etc. or after a long work of the client on distributed computing ([email protected]).
There is a solution to the problem - restarting the computer, but again it is temporary.
Long ordeals and experiments to identify the root of this evil-evil did not lead to anything.
At the program level, the following was carried out:
+ diagnostics of RAM (memtest) and hard drives (Victoria and Intel utility): result - excellent condition; the CrystalDiskInfo utility shows that there are no problems with hard drives;
+ disable file indexing on SSD;
+ disable hibernation;
+ change the size of the paging file (in both directions);
+ Disabled all effects in the sound driver;
+ permutation of all drivers and firmware on ssd and bios;
+ tried to transfer and listen to music from different hard drives;
+ did a slight overclocking of the computer, as in the past it helped to solve some glitches.
At the hardware level, the following was carried out:
+ Disabling all secondary hard drives;
+ complete disassembly of the computer to purge and remove dust, with the replacement of the paste on the processor; there are no swollen capacitors;
+ replacement of the power supply from 620W to 750W;
+ replacement of the hard drive with 25k operating hours for a new one;
+ installation of an external sound card Asus Xonar DX.
Windows itself was also rearranged 3 times, from different distributions with and without updates.
At the moment, it remains to change only the processor and the motherboard itself. If you have any suggestions or recommendations I will be very happy to discuss.

In my case, it turned out that the computer was buggy due to Avast antivirus. So, I was surprised myself: I have been using it for so many years and everything was fine. I can only say that the reason is in the Ndis filter, which is registered in all network devices. This was confirmed immediately as soon as I removed avast without even restarting the computer.
But I found this out using the kernrate program from the Windows DDK thanks to the forum.ixbt.com/topic.cgi?id=22:77032-28#868 The thing
is that when I installed a new Windows, I always installed Avast as one of the first programs, Therefore, I could not understand whether this is a software or hardware problem.

@386DX

Just poking around with this issue today.
Installed latencymon and monitored "problem" drivers. It turned out that the sound driver and USB
+ dpclat.exe
are
buggy
