Network storage on Windows 10, how to set up file history?

Good afternoon. At home there is a "file dump" on ubuntu, and it is configured so that if any file is deleted or changed, then its previous version is saved to the temp folder.
For example. Created the file "New file", and changed it, then in the Temp folder there will be the previous version, not changed, with the name "New file (1)", then 2, 3, etc. with every change. Also, the files that the user deletes from the server are also transferred to this temp folder so that they can be restored if suddenly the deletion was accidental.

How to set this up on Windows 10? I want to try to hold the file washer under Windows, but I can’t find such options in any way, not deleting, not history of changes. There is "Archiving", but it seems to me that it does not work that way. It simply copies everything in this folder once at a given interval (for example, once every 10 minutes), but not only when the file changes.

Are there any solutions? Or is it not possible under windows 10? :/

Network storage on Windows 10, how to set up file history?
Well, on Windows it's much easier.
Banal shadow copies. Although they are not tied to a change in a specific file, and are done on schedule.
In non-server versions, the graphical interface for managing shadow copies has been truncated, but everything is configured from the command line in the same way as in server versions.
After setting up, the user, by clicking on the folder in the network share with the right mouse button, will receive a tab - previous versions, where he can select the desired version.

First, decide how you will create a file server on windows 10 with a half-open connection limit of 20.
