Is it possible to get normal fonts on this monitor?

There was a similar question a few years ago .
I had a similar problem.
So, at work - there is a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15 ', mid 2015) and an external monitor, like this .
The monitor has 2 inputs - HDMI and DP. I try to connect this way and that - hdmi directly dp through a mini dp-dp adapter.
No difference, the fonts are blurry anyway. Very uncomfortable, tired eyes. Changing color profiles or calibration also does not affect fonts in any way.
Can something be done?

It's not about cables or connectors.
You have a monitor with the wrong screen size/resolution ratio for Apple. That is, with the wrong density. In Apple, unlike Windows, if the resolution does not match, pixels are adjusted differently and therefore the image looks worse. There is a table for selecting a monitor for Macos. Judging by it, your monitor is too low density. It should be 110 or 220, but yours is 91.
The answer to your question is to buy another monitor, either with a higher resolution or with a smaller size.
