Mac does not boot, when loading a crossed out circle on a gray screen, what should I do?

Good evening,
For the first time in 5 years of my favorite poppy, there was a problem.
After installing Parallels with the subsequent installation of Windows, everything was buzzing, worked for about a week, and yesterday I was working with a document on google drive and the computer hung, I had to forcibly turn it off, but after turning it on, a crossed out circle appeared on the gray screen, what to do in this case, help resolve the issue please.
