Does everyone have MBPr 13" 2013 freezes on Yosemite?

After upgrading to Yosemite, it became uncomfortable on my laptop to use a large number of desktops and applications open at the same time. This is basically a stuttering of Mission Control when switching between windows and viewing all windows. Previously, the laptop calmly digested 7 tables and about 30 application windows (including many safari windows, various IDEs such as xCode, IDEA, matlab), and after the upgrade, with four desktops, it is very noticeable that there is not enough performance.
All sorts of glitches with the Notification Center are also noted. It sometimes does not hide with a swipe, hangs in a position strongly drawn from the edge.
In short, there are a lot of bugs and few optimizations. Tell me, am I the only one experiencing this in connection with an update over an old system, or are many experiencing the same problems?
