macOS Catalina keeps restarting in idle mode, what's the problem?

After installing macOS Catalina, the computer periodically gives a black screen. It says that a critical error has occurred in the system and the computer will be restarted. After the reboot, a window appears with the ability to send a report. On Mojave, this has never happened, but here it reboots almost every night. Can anyone come across something similar? Is it possible to solve this somehow?
