Is it possible to get a remote internship?

I learn Java on my own, but some topics and frameworks can be difficult to learn (Spring, etc.). Because of this, sometimes hands down. Therefore, I would like to get an internship. But, alas, I live in a city where there is not a single vacancy for a java programmer, and for programmers in general. And there is no way to move.
Is it possible to find a place for a remote internship?

A hundred thousand times this issue has already been considered from all sides - from above, from below ...
Nobody ever takes juniors to a distance

But, alas, I live in a city where there is not a single vacancy for a java programmer, and for programmers in general. And there is no way to move.
And now we turn on our heads and ask ourselves the question - WHY do we learn a programming language, if there are no vacancies in the city, and there is no opportunity to move? We discussed this a hundred times - IT work is ONLY in large cities. Good IT work, with prospects and other goodies - ONLY in the main cities of the Russian Federation, millionaires.
I live in the city. There is also no way to move. Should I study agriculture or study to be a combine operator?

I don’t know where all these people work as remote workers and, most importantly, for whom? In Moscow, I never found a remote job, they fill up with ordinary vacancies. Plus, the salary is much lower at a distance - that's what the cunning slave owners are counting on. Remote work is a myth. This is not a job, but rather a low-profile activity, work as a laborer, on whom the most slag is dumped.
Never a serious enterprise will get involved in this remote work. Only all sorts of shit, such as startups and other money laundering. If I were a leader, I would never do something like this in my life. The employee must be present. No telephone conversations, skype, asec, vatsap and other bullshit. Here and now. What would be normal communication and normal work, what would be the confidence that the employee will not disappear tomorrow, will not swell, will not put down the server, etc. etc.
Kids like parrots repeat "ko-ko-ko remote work", stop believing in fairy tales already.

The probability is about zero as the internship is conducted to prepare future juniors and recruit them.

No. Interns and juniors are not taken remotely.

Well, have you tried?
You need to roll up a resume, put on hh and other resources.
Further on the situation, depending on how many stages of selection passed.

It’s not for a remote internship, that’s why it’s an internship, where you can check a person’s communication skills and his assimilation of the material, and it’s very difficult to understand this when communicating remotely.
Keep learning and doing, find an open source project, try to work and then you will come to success.

I am a person who has built his entire career remotely (I have not worked a day in the office, except for work as a 1C salesperson).
And actually, like this.
The company where I worked took juniors directly to a remote location, but it was front-end to typeset and program minor things like letters, internal portals and other simple things. If a person didn’t merge for a year and a half, and showed his level, he was already transferred to a full-fledged front-end.

ps remote work, internship, java, spring ... hammer it right away. On such a stack can not be found.
