If you don't like talking to HR on the phone, do you come to the interview despite this?
I did not like the communication with the HR company on the phone.
In the process of communication, the HR employee got confused about the dates free for the interview,
and in a rather harsh, rude manner said that everything was busy on that day,
although she had originally suggested this day.
And at the end of the conversation, after my words that I was then waiting for an invitation letter and hope for a positive outcome, HR did not say goodbye, did not wish a good day, but silently hung up.
As a result, I received a letter with an invitation, but a bad impression remained.
The question is to those who have experienced such strange communication, is this important for you when choosing?

no. I don't work with HR. everyone has bad days, even me
if you are a developer, then try to think logically:
what relation (apart from the emotional impact on you, apart from a bad impression) does HR courtesy have to real work?
where is the connection?
I would never go to this office.
If the management cannot school the face of their company, then there is nothing to do there.
Source: personal experience.
You shouldn't bother with this... Maybe HR has been working there for the last day and they fired her just for such behavior))) You have to go to all the interviews...
