Is it possible to create hotkeys in BIOS?

Is it possible to create hotkeys in the BIOS, on a simple PC, to boot from a hidden recovery partition. For example, on vaio laptops, press f10 and the system boots from a hidden recovery partition?

It’s better to implement it through a bootloader with a password, which, with one correct password, loads one system, and with another equally correct password, another one from a hidden partition that is visible as a set of random data, such a feature was previously implemented in TrueCrypt, but it died safely, there is I find it difficult to say in what now out of the box, but you can search in this direction.

In BIOS, you can't.
There is Acronis True Image - it can create a "Security Area" on the disk and the F9 hotkey seems to boot from this area and offers to restore the system from a saved image.

In LibreBoot you can, but it is clearly not for your laptop.
