Should I use the i7-2600 in early 2019?

There is such an assembly: i5-3330, Asus B75-PLUS, 8GB DDR3 1600 and video card Asus 1050. The question arose to increase the power of the computer, does it make sense to shove the i7-2600 into this motherboard, add RAM and change video card or is it time to assemble from scratch?
PS Prices bite on new hardware, I wanted to get by with the maximum budget and maximum efficiency

Replacement most likely makes sense, and does not require large expenditures.
It will be cheaper to take some Xeon E3-1245 v2 from the Chinese than i7-2600.

You can take a bunch of Ryzen 5 2600 (~ 11500 rubles) + a mother on B350 (~ 5000) + DDR4 x2 (~ 10k) you can meet 25k rubles.
