I have a siaomi redmi 4x phone and there is a keenetic zyxel router can I use the phone as a modem in yusbi modem modem I connected but still I go to google it says no internet WHAT TO DO ??!!

No, phones no longer use the modem mode such as in GSM modems.
You can only "share" on the phone via wi-fi, and make the router a wi-fi client.
