Which solution for corporate smartphones to choose?

Good afternoon.
The idea arose to buy smartphones for employees for work needs (mail, a local website, in the future, an internal messenger is possible).
I started to study this issue a little, and came across solutions like MDM and MAM
www.kaspersky.by/business-security/mobile-device
https://www.samsungknox.com/en/products/my-knox user level)
us.blackberry.com/enterprise/products/bes12.html
https://habrahabr.ru/company/oracle/blog/262557/
Has anyone tried any of these products? Or maybe there are some other proven solutions?

The easiest and most reliable option:
- choose Android phones without an SD card. only internal memory, in order to exclude data leakage through SD at all if the phone is lost.
- Select Android 6.0 and above and make sure that full memory encryption is enabled there.
- When issuing the phone, immediately set the Graphic Key to unlock the screen. This will save you from leaking information in case of a banal loss of a smartphone and unauthorized access.
- Link phone to corporate gmail (they must belong to you) via gmail data - you can easily lock and wipe your phone remotely, read browser history and even employee movements.
This is the necessary minimum.
Further, if you want MDM,
- We tried StaffCounter, they have software for Android that completely monitors the phone, correspondence, communication, coordinates. All phones are visible in the web panel. You can look at who is doing what, what software someone has, who was where. 60 rubles per month for the phone.
