Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen.
I have a HP g7 series laptop - market.yandex.ru/model.xml?hid=91013&modelid=77178...
Matrix resolution is 1600x900. The screen size is 17.3". Is it possible to replace the matrix with a resolution of 1920x1080 with the same screen size?

Yes, you can. You have HD+ LED 40pin. I advise you to contact the service center for advice on choosing and actually replacing.
