Choosing a switch for a small organization?

Hello everyone
I choose a switch (2pcs) for a network of about 20 hosts, 3 servers with hypervisors (3-5 virtual machines) and 1 NAS
Several VLANs and aggregation between switches and switches and servers are planned
. The budget is about 10 tr per 1 pc. only longs and tlinks fall under such parameters .. in terms of characteristics and prices, they are approximately similar.

Can anyone advise what, like those and others with reliability, like manufacturer support, warranties, repairs?

I watched videos on YouTube for home and small office networks, on foreign videos, mostly netgear and a little less tp-link get into the frame; d-link almost does not come across .. of course, it is possible that there is little d-link for sale there, but still it suggests ..
