Remote printing and scanning?

There is an HP LaserJet Pro MFP M28P MFP. The box says Wi-Fi Certificated. I connected to a Wi-Fi router and calmly print from everything that can do it.
And how to print, scan and make copies remotely? For example, through 4g. What ports should be forwarded on the router? How to connect via the Internet from a Windows PC? How to connect via the Internet from an Android smartphone?

I think if there was any standard for this, then it would be HTTP (S) - and it would be perfectly forwarded through a proxy.
But there is no standard, in each case the manufacturer himself decides how best to do this, even the ports may differ from model to model from one manufacturer. Secondly, it may not work at all outside the local network, especially for HP.
Most likely on your model it can turn out with port forwarding, you have to try. Few people know the port numbers - why not write in the documentation - it's not clear.

VPN to the internal network will close all these issues in one fell swoop.
