How to change RAM frequency on HP?

Good day.
Faced such a problem, on my hp pavilion laptop, RAM with a frequency of 1600 MHz is installed from the factory. But the frequency is set to 800 MHz in the computer. How to change the frequency if there is nothing from the settings in the BIOS from HP, except for the startup settings and that's it.
