Windows 10 on HP laptop takes a very long time to reboot/turn on because of what?

We purchased an HP Pavilion 15-ex102ur laptop. There was no OS on it, I installed the original Win10 image there, at the first start everything works fine. But if you turn off and then turn on or restart the laptop, it turns off for about 15 minutes and turns on from 15 minutes to 20-30. Is this a factory defect or did I set something up wrong? for example, not the Windows. What solutions can you offer? There is no time to take it to the service center, you need to leave the city, I came just for this laptop.

I found the answer through trial and error. Installed compact (recognized win10) and it worked!

And you tell me how much memory and what disk is installed.
For normal comfortable work, you need at least 8GB of RAM and an SSD for the system.
If the memory is 4GB and HDD - it will be terribly slow.
If the memory is less than 4GB, throw it into the nearest trash, it is not suitable for operation.

In 99% of cases, a new ssd drive will solve your problem. Buy an ssd, clone the system there, replace the hdd with an ssd and that's it.
Before checking, open the task manager immediately after loading, and for sure there will show off 100% disk usage ...
So the conclusion is better to give it to sc, so the disk is replaced for free
