Where is most of the space on the C drive?
Bought a used computer 2 months ago. From the very beginning, there were about 8 - 10 GB of free memory on drive C. But over time, the memory became smaller, and now it is 6.63 GB. Windows 7 is installed on the computer, all folders have been checked and, it seems, there is nothing superfluous, but the memory is leaving somewhere.
Is there any way to clear the memory?

In your case, I strongly recommend reinstalling the OS. This will save you not only disk space problems, but also solve other problems that are likely to be on a used computer. Not to mention the privacy issue.
Spend another 500r and take the computer to the service , let them reset everything and install a clean Win7 for you.
PS I didn't just say "service". In no case do not call the "master" at home.
I will supplement the answers - I once had automatic creation of system snapshots when it was turned off incorrectly (for example, through a button on the computer, and not through the gui). These snapshots quickly filled up all the disk space, I barely found this option to turn it off. Utilities like CC Cleaner also helped me, I deleted them immediately after use.
