What api to use for weather?

Which api to use for the weather. Openweathermap does not show correctly, at least in my city

I have a Lenovo Yoga of the very first series, 3 years of work, I only changed the RAM recently, and only because the shitty win10 sometimes eats up to 1 GB of RAM. So I vote for Lenovo.
