Is it possible and how to work on a local network for a legal entity with an individual at the speed of an individual?

Good day to all!
What we have:

  1. Point A (individual, hereinafter FL) - provider P (suppose - domra), Internet 100Mb / s
  2. Point B (legal entity, hereinafter LE) - provider P, Internet 10Mb/s

Both points are within the same city (one can even say a district)
The task is to exchange data between the legal entity and the FL at a speed of 100Mb / s
Question: if we have Internet both there and there from the same provider, can we assume that both points are in the "provider's local network" (therefore they exchange at a speed of 100Mb / s)?
If not, is there any way to organize it?

Formally, no. You can't count like that.
Accordingly, either you yourself throw a LAN between each other, or ask the provider if something can be done. Most likely, not likely.
